Retirement
Under our 401(k) plan, employees are allowed to contribute a portion of their salary on a pre-tax basis to a tax-deferred account. The 401(k) includes various investment options administered by Mass Mutual Financial Group.

Flexible Spending Accounts
Flexible spending accounts are available on an annual basis which allows employees to set aside pre-taxed dollars for out of pocket medical, dental, child and elderly care expenses not covered by insurance.

Medical
Pathway Diagnostics covers a portion of the healthcare benefits for employees and their families. Employees can choose a plan that best fits their situation and can select between an HMO, PPO or QPOS plan.

Vision
Comp Benefits Vision Care has an extensive network of doctors who provide quality eye care. This plan provides regular eye examinations and benefits towards vision care expenses including glasses or contact lenses.

Dental
We offer an HMO or PPO dental plan that is part of an extensive network of dentists.

Life Insurance
Pathway Diagnostics provides life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance. Employees also have the option to purchase additional supplemental life insurance through the existing plan.

Vacation/Sick Time
Full-time employees accrue up to three weeks of "Personal Time Off" per year that can be used for vacation, sick time or personal use.

Company Holidays
We observe 10 paid holidays annually.

Company Recreation
Pathway Diagnostics sponsors various company events throughout the year. Our location in Malibu provides easy access to hiking trails, parks, and beaches as well as an onsite game room.
